The mission of Butler County Emergency Management Agency is to help keep the citizens of Butler County informed at all times and promote preparation and resilience for unforeseen events. Whether these dangers are storms, hazards, or other emergencies, you can count on the Butler County EMA to provide you with all of the readiness, assistance, and preparedness that it has to offer.
Born and raised in Greenville, AL, Rosie Till has been a life-long lover of the community that nurtured her. From being the Training Supervisor for Butler County's 911 Dispatch to working in the Second Judicial Circuit District Attorney's Office as a Legal Assistant, Rosie has always been a public servant at heart. She has been working as the Director of the Butler County Emergency Management Agency since November 2022 and has received her certificate as a Local Emergency Manager per Alabama EMA.
